Company is a pioneer in industrial automation, heavy engineering, and automated material handling equipment. We design and manufacture custom machinery, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), and automated dock equipment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics. The candidate will be responsible for designing mechanical systems, preparing manufacturing drawings, performing basic engineering calculations and FEA, and supporting prototype development and production.

Required Qualification

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Experience in mechanical machine design, automation, SPM, or material handling equipment will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D models, assemblies,



and layouts using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Design machinery and mechanical systems based on customer requirements.
- Perform mechanical calculations and FEA analysis to check strength, loads, and safety.
- Design and select hydraulic and pneumatic components, motors, gearboxes, cylinders, valves, and drives.
- Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings with proper GD&T.;
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for machines and assemblies.
- Conduct DFMEA to identify design risks and improve machine safety and reliability.
- Support prototype fabrication, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase/Procurement, Production, and Shop Floor teams for design-related requirements.
- Make design improvements for cost reduction, quality, and ease of manufacturing.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions, CAD files, technical documents, and standard component libraries.
- Follow relevant ISO standards and machinery safety requirements.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
