Roles and Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor daily CNC production activities.
- Supervise CNC operators, setters, and programmers.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and downtime.
- Verify machine setups, tooling, and process parameters.
- Ensure product quality as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown support.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Implement 5S, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments.
- Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- 5–10+ years of CNC machining experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Knowledge of CNC Turning, VMC/HMC operations, tooling, and engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
