Key Responsibilities
Experience: 1+ Years
- Conduct routine inspection of buildings, roads, drainage systems, water tanks, and other civil infrastructure.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Identify structural defects and coordinate repair and rehabilitation work.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, work orders, and maintenance reports.
- Monitor material consumption and maintenance budgets.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and utility teams for integrated facility management.
- Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and asset conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
