Le Villagio Resort & Domes, Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor. We are a family-friendly resort with 10 serviced apartments, 4 luxury domes with private jacuzzi, swimming pool, rooftop restaurant and club house.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and schedule the housekeeping team; allocate rooms daily
- - Inspect every room, dome and jacuzzi before guest arrival
- - Keep public areas, pool deck, club house and restaurant clean
- - Manage linen, laundry, guest supplies and cleaning stock
- - Report maintenance issues and follow up until fixed
- - Handle guest requests and complaints related to rooms
- - Train new staff on hotel cleaning and hygiene standards

Requirements:

- 2+ years housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort, supervisor experience preferred
- - Malayalam and basic English
- - Organised, honest and positive with people
- - Ready to work in shifts, weekends and holidays
