Job Post: Back Office Executive & Lead Management Specialist

Role: Back Office & Calling Executive

Employment Type: Full time (Office-based)

Location: Lalita Nagar, Kolar Road, Bhopal

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 / month (Negotiable based on experience) + Performance Incentives

Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate in any stream

Experience: 6 months – 2 years in customer care, telecalling, or back-office operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling & Customer Engagement:

Place outbound calls to incoming leads and respond to prospect queries promptly.

Explain offerings, understand customer requirements, address initial queries, and schedule site visits/meetings.

Maintain consistent follow-up cycles and update lead stages in Excel or CRM.

Office Operations & Administration:

Manage daily office workflows, documentation, visitor registers, and filing systems.

Track day-to-day coordination between on-field technicians, management, and clients.

Handle basic billing entries, record payment receipts, and send timely payment reminders.

Hearings,



Disputes & Grievance Coordination:

Maintain a calendar of scheduled hearings, official appointments, and regulatory/vendor deadlines.

Compile supporting paperwork, case files, and background documents prior to hearing dates.

Log customer complaints, escalate operational bottlenecks, and track resolutions to completion.

Daily Reporting & Record Keeping:

Prepare an end-of-day summary of total calls made, leads qualified, visits fixed, and pending office tasks.

Required Skills & Competencies

Communication: Clear, polite spoken Hindi; comfortable reading and typing basic English for records and correspondence.

Computer Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Excel/Google Sheets, web browsers, and WhatsApp Business.

Organizational Skills: Methodical approach to filing physical and digital records with zero missed dates.

Composure: Patient attitude when handling upset customers or unresolved disputes.
