We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer & Web Developer who can bring ideas to life through impactful designs, functional websites, and engaging digital experiences.

Job Responsibilities1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

- Design high-quality social media creatives, posts, reels covers, stories, and digital advertisements.
- Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
- Design website banners, landing page visuals, brochures, catalogues, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all NDK Swiss business verticals.
- Create visually appealing designs that align with the brand's premium positioning.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns.

2. Website Development & Management

- Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress and Elementor.
- Create responsive, mobile-friendly, and user-friendly website layouts.
- Develop landing pages for marketing campaigns, lead generation, and service promotions.
- Manage website content, images, banners, forms, and other digital assets.
- Optimise website speed, performance, and user experience.
- Implement basic SEO practices, including meta titles, descriptions, heading structures, image optimisation, and URL management.
- Troubleshoot website issues and ensure smooth website functionality.
- Coordinate domain, hosting, plugins, and website backups.

3. Digital Marketing Support — Added Advantage

- Assist in creating creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads,



and other digital campaigns.
- Understand campaign objectives and design creatives accordingly.
- Have a basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website conversion optimisation.
- Support the creation of marketing landing pages and lead-generation funnels.
- Analyse basic campaign and website performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve engagement and conversions.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and website development projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Canva.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor.
- Understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads creatives.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Experience working with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Understanding of Shopify and e-commerce website management.
