### Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling vendor payments, client collections, project-wise accounting, invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.

- Process vendor and supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.

- Track client invoices, outstanding payments, and follow up on collections.

- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, vouchers, and payment records.

- Handle project-wise accounting and maintain individual project financial statements.

- Monitor project expenses, material costs, labour charges, and contractor payments.

- Verify purchase orders, supplier bills, and payment requests.

- Maintain cash flow statements, general ledgers, and bank reconciliations.

- Track client advances, project payments,



and outstanding balances.

- Coordinate with vendors, clients, contractors, and internal departments.

- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting documentation.

- Prepare monthly accounts reports and support financial closing activities.

- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and proper documentation.

### Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable is mandatory.

- Experience in interior design, construction, or contracting companies is preferred.

### Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Hands-on experience in vendor payments and client collections.

- Knowledge of invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.

- Good understanding of GST and TDS.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of project costing and expense management.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.

- Valuable communication and coordination abilities.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

### Salary & Experience

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

- Experience: 2–4 Years.

- Mandatory: Practical experience in handling both payables and receivables.
