Job Description

ARX Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join the Oppitude Growth Team.

Oppitude is a Social-to-Commerce App that connects users, content creators, local stores and brands through social content, local business discovery, offers and rewards.

The selected candidates will be responsible for expanding Oppitude's merchant network by onboarding local shops, retailers, service providers and businesses onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and approach local shops, retailers and business owners.

2. Explain Oppitude's platform features, benefits and subscription plans.

3. Generate qualified store onboarding leads.

4. Convert prospective businesses into registered Oppitude partners.

5. Conduct field visits and maintain business relationships.

6.



Achieve monthly store onboarding targets.

7. Maintain daily sales reports and lead follow-ups.

8. Coordinate with the company's sales and onboarding team.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000.

- Additional Commission: 16% per eligible lead.

- Performance-based incentives.

- Salary and commission payments as per company policy.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of the local market.

- Ability to work in the field.

- Two-wheeler preferred.

- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
