Job Description:

Responsible for handling NPA (Non-Performing Asset) collections for Car Loans, Commercial Vehicle Loans, and Agri Product Loans. Manage BDC collection activities, follow up with overdue customers, negotiate repayment plans, ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues, and achieve collection targets. Maintain customer relationships while adhering to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and recovery processes. Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage NPA and delinquent accounts for assigned portfolio.
- Conduct customer follow-ups through calls and field visits.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Negotiate settlements and repayment schedules.
- Update collection status and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills:

- Solid collection and recovery experience.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of retail finance, vehicle loans, and agri loan products.
- Ability to handle field collection activities and target-driven assignments.
