Role Overview: SCOTTLUMIN is seeking a confident, well-groomed, and results-driven Product Demonstration & Sales Executive to present KYK water ionizers, hydrogen-water systems, and water-treatment solutions.

The role involves conducting engaging demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, building robust relationships and converting qualified prospects into customers through consultative selling.

- Key Responsibilities: Conduct professional product demonstrations at customer homes, offices, showrooms, and business establishments.
- Explain product features, operation, benefits, pricing, warranty, and service support clearly and accurately.
- Identify customer needs, purchase readiness and decision-makers before recommending suitable products.
- Deliver persuasive presentations tailored to individual customers, families and business owners.
- Address objections, negotiate within approved company policies, and close sales.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and maintain consistent, timely follow-up.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, showroom visits and local business development.
- Coordinate appointments and demonstrations with the telecalling and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate lead records, demonstration outcomes, follow-up activities and sales forecasts in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned demonstration, conversion, revenue, and customer-acquisition targets.
- Coordinate order processing, payment confirmation, installation, and post-sales handover.
- Use only company-approved product claims and materials; avoid unsupported medical or performance promises.
- Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.




- At least 2 years of experience in product demonstrations, field sales, or direct sales, including responsibility for sales conversion.
- Strong presentation, persuasion, objection-handling, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
- Excellent spoken Malayalam and good English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and relationship-building ability.
- Confident, professional presentation and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to explain technical products in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Comfortable using smartphones, digital presentations, WhatsApp Business and CRM applications.
- Self-motivated, organised, and willing to travel regularly across Calicut and assigned nearby areas.
- Owning a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Preferred Experience: Sales of water purifiers, water ionizers, home appliances, premium consumer products or similar demonstration-led products.
- Experience engaging high-value customers and managing longer sales cycles.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and generating customer referrals.
- Performance Measures: Qualified demonstrations completed.
- Demonstration-to-sale conversion rate.
- Sales revenue and target achievement.
- Follow-up timeliness and CRM accuracy.
- Customer satisfaction and referral generation.

Compensation: Fixed salary, performance-linked sales incentives, and travel allowance as per company policy. Final compensation will reflect experience and demonstrated sales capability.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will complete a product demonstration, an objection-handling and negotiation role-play, and a sales interview.
