*Urgent Hiring for Tele Collection Executives - Oolka, Marathahalli Bengaluru*

We are looking for experienced Tele Collection Executives to join our team at Oolka, Marathahalli, Bengaluru.

*Job Details:*

* Work from Office (HSR Layout)

* Salary: ₹20k - ₹25k + high incentives *(If DRA Certificate 30+ salary will offer)*

* HSC (12th Pass) with min 6 months Telecaller experience

* Positive communication skills required

*Language:* English, Hindi mandatory

*Responsibilities:*

* Handle collection & recovery calls

* Follow up with customers

* Maintain records & achieve targets

*Main Work - Inbound + Outbound Calls & Chats*

- Attend calls / chats from customers who have overdue loan accounts

- Help users clear their overdue accounts

- Explain their loan dues, credit score impact, and settlement options

- Help with account creation, subscription issues





- Address customer inquiries related to

*credit score management, document verification

- Escalate for *NOC (No Objection Certificate)* document to the lenders after payment is cleared

*2. Collection Part:*

- Follow up with customers for pending payment

- Convince them to pay / settle overdue amount

- Give them payment link / process

- Maintain PTP (Promise to Pay) and update in CRM

*3. Documentation Work:*

- Collect and verify customer documents

- Update customer details in system / CRM

- Maintain proper follow-up records
