Job SummaryThe Store Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining product availability, coordinating order fulfillment, and delivering a seamless customer experience. The role requires strong operational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform stock replenishment activities.
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming stock.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch activities to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
- Track product shortages, damages, and expiry items.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
- Coordinate with delivery partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Resolve store-level operational issues and customer escalations when required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).




- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or store operations.
