- Manage customer enquiries and generate leads through IndiaMART.
- Respond to customer queries and follow up with potential clients.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Create and publish social media posts and promotional content.
- Handle basic SEO and online marketing activities.
- Create and edit photos, videos and promotional content.
- Monitor social media engagement and digital marketing performance.
- Maintain daily lead and enquiry records.
- Skills Required:Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of IndiaMART handling.
- Must have basic Photo Editing and Video Editing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar editing tools.
- Positive communication and computer skills.
