- Menu Guidance: Present menus, explain daily specials, answer questions about ingredients or preparation methods, and accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies.

- Order Taking: Record food and beverage orders accurately using physical pads or a Workstream-style POS/tablet system, repeating orders back to guests to verify choices.

- Table Maintenance: Check on guests throughout their meal, refill drinks, transparent finished plates, and handle special requests or complaints calmly and professionally
