We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Collections to oversee recovery and delinquency management across Secured (Home Loans, LAP) and Unsecured (Personal Loans, Business Loans) portfolios. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field and tele-calling collection strategies, maintaining non-performing assets (NPA) within target limits, and leading a high-performing team of collection executives and agencies.
