Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle FSSAI Basic Registration, State and Central License applications.
- Prepare, verify and submit FSSAI applications through the FoSCoS portal.
- Assist clients with new licenses, renewals, modifications and amendments.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and resolve application queries.
- Follow up on pending applications and coordinate with relevant authorities.
- Maintain client records, application status and documentation.
- Provide regulatory guidance to restaurants, cloud kitchens, manufacturers, traders and other food businesses.
- Handle client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned applications and client deliverables.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of FSSAI rules and regulations.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and internet applications.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Experience & Qualification

- Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers can apply; experience in FSSAI licensing or food regulatory compliance will be preferred.
- Food Technology / Food Science background will be an added advantage.
