Role Overview

The Social Media Marketing Manager will plan and execute the social media strategy for Karuna EdTech and Bodhi Sarathi, building brand visibility, growing the student and parent community, and generating leads across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the social media strategy and monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.

• Create, curate and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, short videos, carousels and stories, in coordination with the design and content team.

• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns on Meta and other platforms, including budgeting, targeting and optimisation.

• Generate leads and app installs through social media and coordinate lead follow-up with the sales and business development team.

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages and queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Promote webinars, events, campaigns and product updates for Bodhi Sarathi.

• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads and conversions, and prepare regular reports with recommendations.





• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity, and apply insights to improve campaign performance.

• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Marketing or any related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in EdTech, education or a consumer-facing digital business.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, social media analytics and scheduling tools.

• Robust written and verbal communication skills in English and Odia; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

• Good understanding of content creation, basic video and design tools such as Canva.

• Analytical, creative and target-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
