Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive to drive sales, generate current business opportunities, develop institutional partnerships and promote our educational products across Odisha.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through outbound calls, field visits, referrals and other marketing activities.
2. Build business relationships and develop partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes and other educational organisations.
3. Promote Bodhi Sarathi and explain its features and advantages to students, parents and educational institutions.
4. Identify new business opportunities and convert potential leads into customers.
5. Plan and execute marketing activities, promotional campaigns, events and webinars.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
7. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients and institutional partners.
8. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, clients and business partners.
9. Prepare sales reports, track targets and provide regular updates to management.
10. Travel across Odisha as required for business development and institutional outreach.





Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Work Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or Institutional Sales.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, FMCG or other sales-driven industries will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Odia and English.
- Strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and customer handling.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently.
