## Graphic Designer & AI Creative Specialist

Nidhi Decor is looking for a highly creative, tech-savvy, and AI-first Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into stunning visuals, engaging videos, and professional marketing materials.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just design but knows how to **use AI creatively to produce high-quality, professional content faster and smarter.**

### Key Responsibilities

**1. AI Image & Video Creation**

- Generate high-quality, photorealistic AI images for products, collections, campaigns, and marketing.

- Create stunning product lifestyle visuals using AI tools, including realistic room settings and interiors.

- Produce AI-generated promotional videos, product videos, Instagram Reels, and engaging video advertisements.

- Write effective AI prompts to achieve professional, visually consistent results.

- Edit, enhance, and refine AI-generated images and videos to make them ready for commercial use.

**2. Graphic Design & Branding**

- Design attractive social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.

- Develop product catalogues, collection brochures, lookbooks, presentations, and professional PDFs.

- Create visually appealing product and collection PDFs with proper layouts, specifications, and branding.

- Design website banners, digital marketing materials, and other branding assets.

- Maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity across all designs.

**3. Social Media & Marketing Creatives**

- Create engaging Instagram and Facebook content, including Reels, posts, and promotional campaigns.

- Design creatives for digital advertisements, festive campaigns, current launches, and special promotions.





- Convert product photographs and basic ideas into premium, high-quality marketing visuals.

- Explore new AI trends and creative formats to keep Nidhi Decor's content fresh and competitive.

**4. End-to-End Creative Execution**

- Handle the complete design process, from concept and AI prompting to final delivery.

- Organize product images, design files, catalogues, videos, and other creative assets.

- Work independently on multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

- Continuously explore new AI tools and techniques to improve creative output.

### Required Skills & Tools

**Must-Have Skills**

- Strong working knowledge of **Canva** for graphic design, layouts, presentations, and catalogues.

- Excellent understanding of **ChatGPT**, especially for creative ideation, prompt engineering, image generation, and content development.

- Hands-on experience generating professional-quality AI images and AI videos.

- Ability to create realistic, premium-looking product visuals using AI.

- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, composition, layouts, and branding.

- Ability to create professional multi-page PDFs, product catalogues, and collection presentations.

- Basic video editing skills for Reels, advertisements, and promotional content.

- A strong creative eye, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new technology.

**Additional Tools — Added Advantage**

Knowledge of any of the following will be a plus:





- **AI Image Generation:** Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, Ideogram, and other image-generation tools.

- **AI Video Generation:** Google Veo, Kling AI, Runway, Pika, and other AI video tools.

- **Graphic Design:** Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

- **Video Editing:** CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar tools.

- **Other AI Tools:** Any emerging AI platforms that improve creativity, visual quality, and productivity.

### Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing their best work.

**Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate:**

- High-quality AI-generated images.

- AI-generated videos and product advertisements.

- Social media designs and marketing creatives.

- Professionally designed product catalogues, brochures, or PDFs.
