Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate workforce activities, monitor project progress, and ensure work is completed efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and manage workers, contractors, and site personnel.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor the usage, availability, and requirements of construction materials.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and management.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure proper execution of assigned work.
- Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and procedures.




- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and report major concerns to management.
- Monitor attendance, work schedules, and overall site discipline.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and activities.

- Educational Qualification
- Diploma, Btech/ ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical field preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of site operations and basic technical drawings.
