Job Description -

- Manage and maintain the facility's technical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure and reduce downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical issues.
- Provide training and support to staff members on technical procedures and best practices.
- Require Valuable English Communication Skils.
- Must have MS Office knowledge and can work on laptop.
- Candidate should also have 8-10 years of experience in facilities management in Four/Five-Star Hotel or industrial setup.
- Candidate must have experience in managing facility services and handling HVAC, solar water systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other associated services.
