We are looking for an experienced WEDM Programmer cum Operator who can independently handle programming and operation on Electronica Tool Master 6F.
Key Responsibilities:Programming on CADmacro software as per drawing.Independent setting, dialing, alignment and operation of Electronica Tool Master 6F.Cutting of Punches, Dies, Tooling parts, Fixtures and precision components.
Read and understand engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T.Selection; of wire (0.25 mm Brass / Coated), cutting parameters, offset, and speed as per material - D2, H11, HCHCr, OHNS, Carbide.Achieve required accuracy, surface finish and taper / angular cutting.Daily machine maintenance, wire threading, DM water, resin and filter checking.Self-inspection of parts using Micrometer, Vernier, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator.Maintain production report and ensure on-time delivery.
Required Skills:Must have hands-on experience on CADmacro + Electronica Tool Master 6F.Solid knowledge of Tool Room work - Punch & Die.Ability to work independently in shift.
