Job SummaryWe are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused Jewellery Consultant who can deliver an excellent shopping experience, understand customer requirements, and achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences, requirements, and budgets.
2. Explain jewellery designs, collections, materials, diamonds, gemstones, and pricing.
3. Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.
4. Handle customer queries and provide a personalised shopping experience.
5. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
6. Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on enquiries.
7. Ensure proper display, handling, and safekeeping of jewellery.
8. Maintain accurate billing and sales-related records.
9. Follow company policies, store SOPs, grooming standards, and discipline.
10. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
11. Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends,



and product knowledge.
12. Represent the company's core values through honesty, commitment, teamwork, and continuous learning.

- Basic knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, and gemstones (preferred).
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Experience1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, or lifestyle products. Freshers with positive communication and sales skills may also apply.
