Job Description – Site Civil Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Check measurements, prepare daily progress reports, and maintain site records.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Follow safety standards and maintain proper site safety practices.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding site-related activities.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.




- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in site supervision (freshers can also apply).
- Knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and civil engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site workers and contractors.
- Language Requirements Kannada – Must know (Speaking and understanding).
- English – Basic communication required.
- Hindi – Additional advantage.
- Additional RequirementsMust be willing to work at construction sites in Bengaluru.
- Should be responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
- Ability to handle site activities independently.
- Willingness to travel to project locations within Bengaluru, if required.
