Design Documentation
- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Prepare exploded views and assembly manuals.
- Maintain engineering change records.
- Update drawings based on customer modifications.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Planning, Automation, Service, and Quality departments.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing and machine assembly.
- Resolve design-related issues during production.
- Support installation and commissioning teams when required.
Customer & Technical Support
- Understand customer URS (User Requirement Specification).
- Participate in technical discussions with customers.
- Provide design modifications based on customer feedback.
- Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
Continuous Improvement
- Suggest cost reduction ideas.
- Standardize machine components.
- Improve machine reliability and ease of maintenance.
- Implement design improvements based on service feedback.
Preferred Experience
- 7-10 years in pharmaceutical packaging machinery manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in injectable and non-pharma machine design.
- Experience in customized machine development and automation projects.
- Experience in machine validation documentation will be an added advantage.
