Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair company equipment at client sites.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions within defined timelines.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Maintain service reports and documentation for all assignments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical assistance.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in servicing or maintenance roles.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.




- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting purposes.

Preferred Skills

- 5+ years of experience working with operations of Data Center, Hospital, Facility Management company, Manufacturing Company.
- Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation

- As per company standards (based on experience and qualifications).

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
