- Role Overview

- We are looking for a highly skilled SDE III who can independently design, develop, test, and deploy scalable systems. This role operates within a unified engineering model, requiring ownership across development, quality, DevOps practices, and applied AI usage.

- Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend/frontend systems.

- Own features end-to-end: design development testing deployment monitoring.

- Write high-quality, testable code with robust emphasis on automation and quality engineering.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, ensure reliable deployments, and production observability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, AI teams).

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

- Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in one or more languages: Java, Python, Go, or similar.





- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals.

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (unit, integration, E2E).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Working knowledge of containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to AI-assisted development or integrating AI APIs is a plus.

- Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in full-stack development.

- Understanding of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

- Exposure to ML/AI concepts or tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI SDKs).

- Expectations from the Role
