What You will Do

- Collaborate with frontend developers to implement designs seamlessly using React components.
- Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Work closely with backend engineers (Node.js) to understand data flows and optimize interface behaviour.
- Use design tools such as Figma or similar for design creation and handoff.
- Continuously improve design based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
- Maintain design consistency across products and platforms with design systems and component libraries.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and emerging technologies.

Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, with 7+ years prior relevant engineering experience OR Advanced Degree in Computer Science Engineering,



with 5+ years prior relevant engineering experience.

Required Skills :

- Robust portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work, preferably for React-based web apps.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with React developers, understanding React component-driven design.
- Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and design.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with React component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, etc.) and design systems.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and backend workflows is a plus.
- Experience with usability testing and analytics tools.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
