Role Summary
Supports automation engineering tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, planning, and execution of enterprise-grade solutions aligned with organizational standards and long-term technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical implementations.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures, architecture documents, and best practices for operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and reducing manual processes.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements across all deployments.
- Perform root cause analysis for complex incidents and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for critical issues, ensuring mínimal business disruption.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance across projects and operational tasks.
- Integrate contemporary tools and technologies to enhance system performance, scalability, and availability.
- Measure and report on system performance, operational metrics, and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.
