- Coordinate vehicle dispatch operations
- Monitor driver routes and delivery schedules
- Communicate with drivers and customers
- Maintain dispatch records
- Resolve delivery issues in real time
Requirements :
- High school diploma / Bachelor’s preferred
- Prior dispatch/logistics experience
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
