What You’ll Be Creating :

- High-impact Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Cinematic long-form edits
- Concert aftermovies & live-event content
- Luxury wedding films
- Branded & commercial content

This role leans heavily into vertical-first storytelling, but we don’t compromise on cinematic quality. You should be able to shoot for both formats instinctively.

What You’ll Do :

- Film and edit short-form & long-form content
- Capture live concerts, luxury weddings & branded shoots
- Craft sharp, energetic edits with strong rhythm & narrative
- Frame with intention for vertical platforms
- Collaborate with creatives, clients & production teams




- Contribute to shoot concepts & creative direction
- Manage gear responsibly and use it creatively
- Deliver consistently under deadlines

What We’re Looking For :

- Strong camera fundamentals (DSLR / Mirrorless)
- Comfortable with gimbals, lighting setups & clean audio capture
- Fast & polished editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci)
- Deep understanding of Instagram & YouTube content trends
- Strong instinct for timing, music, pacing & storytelling
- Detail-oriented & self-driven
- Comfortable working 6 days a week, on-site
- Bonus: Valid driver’s license & hands-on attitude during shoots
