Patient Care : Assisting with daily needs such as hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and ensuring patient comfort.

- Vital Monitoring : Taking and recording vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Clinical Assistance : Helping senior staff prepare medical equipment, set up sterile fields, and assist during minor procedures.
- Medication Administration : Administering basic medications and injections, strictly under the guidance of a licensed nurse or doctor.

Required Qualifications To become eligible for a staff nurse trainee position, you generally need to meet the following criteria:

- Educational Background :

- B.Sc. Nursing : A 4-year bachelor's degree in nursing from a recognized institution.

- OR GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) : A 3-year diploma in nursing.

- Note: You must have typically cleared your 10th,10+2 with science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to enroll in these courses.

Age Limit : Usually between 18 and 35 years , with government and public sector institutions offering upper-age relaxations for reserved categories
