Position Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare providers.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit.
- Prepare interview feedback and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Conduct virtual onboarding and orientation sessions for newly hired providers.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with Credentialing, HR, IT, Payroll, and Operations teams for smooth provider onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure all applicant records are updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment or US Staffing.
- Experience recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Therapists, or other healthcare professionals is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and healthcare hiring practices.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience conducting virtual interviews and onboarding sessions.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with US healthcare organizations.
- Knowledge of provider credentialing and licensing processes is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
