Job Overview

Medicine Box Pharmacy is seeking a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations, ensure safe dispensing of medications, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide patient counseling. The pharmacist will work closely with doctors, nurses, and patient coordinators within Sirpi Health & Wellness Centre to ensure smooth medication delivery and patient care.

Key ResponsibilitiesMedication Dispensing

- Accurately dispense prescription medications as prescribed by doctors.
- Ensure proper labelling, dosage instructions, and storage of medicines.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, and contraindications .

Patient Counseling

- Educate patients about dosage, timing, side effects, and precautions .
- Guide patients on post-surgery medications , antibiotics, pain relief, and supplements.
- Provide clear instructions for cosmetic surgery recovery medications when required.

Inventory Management

- Maintain adequate stock levels of medicines and consumables .
- Monitor expiry dates and batch numbers regularly.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines including temperature-sensitive items .

Billing & Documentation

- Generate accurate billing for medicines dispensed .
- Maintain records for Schedule drugs and regulatory compliance .
- Update pharmacy software and maintain daily sales records .

Compliance & Regulation





- Ensure the pharmacy complies with Drug Control regulations .
- Maintain all pharmacy licenses and regulatory records .
- Follow protocols for controlled substances and prescription medicines .

Coordination with Medical Team

- Coordinate with doctors and nurses for availability of required medications .
- Support clinic procedures by maintaining essential medical consumables .
- Assist in planning medicine stock for procedures and treatments .

Hygiene & Pharmacy Maintenance

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
- Ensure medicines are stored as per standard pharmaceutical guidelines .

Qualifications :

- B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid Pharmacist Registration Certificate with State Pharmacy Council.
- Minimum 1-2 years pharmacy experience preferred (hospital/clinic pharmacy preferred).

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and prescriptions :

- Positive communication and patient counseling skills :

- Inventory and stock management :

- Familiarity with pharmacy billing software :

- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Experience

- Experience in hospital pharmacy or clinic pharmacy :

- Familiarity with post-surgical medications and dermatology products :

- Knowledge of cosmetic surgery medications and supplements is an added advantage

Pay: ₹8,223.62 - ₹20,000.00 per month
