Key Responsibilities :

- Order Processing & Dispatch Coordination :

- Coordinate and process dispatch orders for transformers, CRGO steel products, and related components, ensuring accurate packaging and timely shipment.

- Ensure products are properly labeled, and all necessary documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) is prepared and included with the shipments.

- Liaise with internal teams (production, warehouse, and sales) to ensure dispatch timelines align with production schedules and customer requirements.

- Logistics & Shipping Management :

- Coordinate with transporters and freight companies to organize and schedule shipments based on delivery timelines and customer needs.

- Ensure the proper handling, packaging, and loading of transformers and CRGO steel to minimize any potential damage during transportation.

- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries and provide status updates to the relevant departments or customers.

- Inventory & Stock Management :

- Maintain accurate records of dispatched products and ensure that inventory levels are regularly updated.

- Conduct regular checks to verify that dispatched items match the order and resolve any discrepancies immediately.

- Ensure efficient warehouse management practices to facilitate smooth dispatch operations.

- Documentation & Reporting :

- Prepare and maintain dispatch records, including shipping documents, delivery receipts, and any related paperwork for tracking purposes.

- Generate regular reports on dispatch operations, including shipment status, delays, and inventory levels, for management review.

- Ensure all dispatch activities comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

- Customer Communication & Support :





- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding delivery status, product availability, and any dispatch-related issues.

- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, such as delivery delays or damaged goods, in a timely and professional manner.

- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction regarding deliveries.

- Safety & Compliance :

- Ensure that all dispatch processes comply with safety standards and regulations for transporting heavy and fragile products like transformers and steel.

- Work with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure that products are securely packed, stored, and transported to minimize damage or safety hazards during transit.

Qualifications :

- Educational Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience : 2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the transformer or CRGO steel industries.

- Skills :

- Knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes for heavy industrial products.

- Familiarity with shipping and transportation regulations, especially for transformers or steel products.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS).

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing dispatch documentation and inventory records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
