Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Customer Assistance :Greet and assist customers at the counter by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services.

2. Sales & Product Promotion :Promote and sell products to walk-in customers, upselling and cross-selling where possible to achieve sales targets.

3. Order Processing & Billing :Prepare invoices, process payments (cash, card, or digital), and ensure accurate billing and documentation.

4.



Inventory & Stock Management :Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and coordinate with the store or warehouse for replenishment.

5. Customer Relationship Management :Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and handling complaints or queries promptly.

6. Reporting & Coordination :Maintain daily sales reports, share feedback with management, and coordinate with other departments (accounts, delivery, etc.) for smooth operations.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
