- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and software development best practices.
- Mentor and guide software engineers through technical coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices following modern architectural principles.
- Drive software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and global stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Support cloud adoption, containerization, and CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps and modern deployment pipelines.
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, risk identification, and release activities.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Promote Agile engineering practices and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Strong expertise in.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Entity Framework.

- Knowledge of OOP, SOLID Principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns.

- Experience with SQL Server/PostgreSQL, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.

- Familiarity with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and REST APIs. Competencies :

- Technical leadership and mentoring.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Experience leading technical teams in Agile environments.
