Position : MIS Executive (Fresher Welcome)

Location : Vanijya Bhawan, Kankariya, Ahmedabad

Budget : ₹15K - ₹18K per month CTC

Experience : 0-2 Year (Freshers can apply)

1. Role Objective

To support management and operations through accurate data compilation, MIS reporting, and strong Excel-based analysis to ensure timely decision-making.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. MIS & Reporting - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Maintain operational and performance tracking sheets.
- Compile data from branches / departments.
- Submit reports within defined timelines.

B. Data Management - Collect and verify data from operations, warehouse and transport teams.

- Maintain structured Excel databases.
- Identify discrepancies and highlight variances.

Excel & Analytical Work (Mandatory Skill Area)

Solid working knowledge of MS Excel is required, including:

- VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF & other Excel formulas
- Data validation & formatting
- Basic dashboards

D. Coordination - Regular follow-up with internal teams for data submission.

3. Eligibility Criteria - Qualification: 10+2 or Any Graduate

- Experience: 0-2 year
- Strong Excel knowledge is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
