Role description

Job Title : PowerCurve Collections Developer : Experience : 5 Years Location : Mumbai / Hyderabad Employment Type**: Full-Time

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop collections strategies using PowerCurve Collections .
- Configure and maintain decision rules, workflows, and segmentation logic within the platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy collections strategies ensuring mínimal defects and optimal performance.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancement of existing strategies.
- Integrate PowerCurve Collections with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, databases, APIs).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production monitoring.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in PowerCurve Collections / Decisioning tools .
- Strong expertise in PowerCurve Strategy Designer / Collections module .
- Proficiency in SQL, database concepts, and data analysis .
- Experience with rule engine configuration and workflow design .
- Valuable understanding of collections lifecycle and debt management processes .
- Hands-on experience in integration (APIs,



web services, batch processes) .
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other decisioning tools (e.g., Blaze Advisor, FICO, etc.).
- Knowledge of banking/financial services domain .
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies .

Education :

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
