Job Summary

Mandatory Skillsets : Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration within enterprise environments

Strong expertise in declarative automation and platform configuration

Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and metadata-driven development

Ability to gather requirements and translate them into implementable Salesforce solutions

Experience presenting solutions in business demos and validating outcomes with stakeholders

Experience with Copado for CI/CD, user stories, promotion pipelines, and deployments

Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and release lifecycle

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Administrator

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Preferred Skillsets : Copado Fundamentals/Admin certification or equivalent experience

Experience in Agile delivery and working with cross-functional teams

Exposure to integration patterns and API-based connectivity

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning projects from inception to completion.

2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

3. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the salesforce platform.

4.



Ensure best practices are followed in salesforce development processes.

5. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to meet project requirements.

6. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions on the salesforce platform.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in salesforce apex development including triggers, classes, batch apex, and declarative features.

2. Solid experience in salesforce lightning web components, aura framework, and lightning design system.

3. In-depth knowledge of integration with external systems using rest and soap apis.

4. Familiarity with salesforce data modeling, security and sharing settings, and deployment strategies.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

6. Strong communication skills to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively.

Other Requirements
