Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Phlebotomists to join our healthcare team in Jharkhand. The candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples, handling specimens, and ensuring accurate sample processing while maintaining proper hygiene and patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect blood samples from patients through venipuncture.
- Perform blood collection safely and accurately.
- Label, store, and transport samples properly.
- Maintain hygiene and follow infection control protocols.
- Handle patients professionally and ensure patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate records of sample collection.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely sample processing.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: DMLT / BMLT.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Knowledge of blood collection techniques.
- Male candidates preferred (if applicable).
