Job Title:

Telecaller – Appointment Booking (Software App) | ₹18,000 - ₹35,000/month

Job Description:

We are hiring 10 dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our software application, and scheduling product demos/appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Outbound calling to businesses/leads to introduce our software application.

* Pitching the benefits of the app and generating interest.

* Scheduling and booking online appointments/demos for the sales presentation team.

* Maintaining accurate logs of calls and follow-ups in the system.

* Meeting daily and weekly appointment booking targets.

Requirements:





* Excellent communication skills in English and [Insert Regional Language, e.g., Hindi/Kannada].

* Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or BPO (experience in software/tech sales is a big plus).

* Robust convincing and relationship-building skills.

* Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
