Brief Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Backend Sales Coordinator to support our Institutional HVAC Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers, consultants, developers, contractors and internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups for institutional and project-based HVAC business.

Key Responsibilities

Handle backend coordination for institutional HVAC sales and projects.

Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers and comparative statements.

Coordinate with sales executives for enquiries, leads and project updates.

Follow up with customers, consultants, architects, developers and contractors.

Prepare and maintain project-wise enquiry and quotation databases.

Coordinate with Daikin and other OEMs for pricing, technical details and approvals.

Prepare submittals, product datasheets, technical documents and presentations.

Track enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders and order conversion.





Coordinate with purchase, accounts, stores and project execution teams.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS reports.

Follow up on pending payments and commercial documentation.

Maintain customer databases and institutional client records.

Required Skills

Graduate in any discipline; BBA/B.Com preferred.

2–5 years of experience in backend sales coordination.

HVAC, MEP, EPC or engineering industry experience preferred.

Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Knowledge of CRM/ERP and quotation preparation.

Valuable communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Understanding of HVAC products such as VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs, FCUs and ductable ACs will be an advantage.

Timely submission of quotations.

Enquiry follow-up and conversion tracking.

Accuracy of commercial offers.
