Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives to drive sales and customer acquisition for Credit Card / Personal Loan products.

The selected candidates will work with a leading bank’s business team and will be on the payroll of Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire new customers for Credit Card / Personal Loan products.

* Generate leads through branch visits, corporate tie-ups, open market activities, references, and direct sales.

* Promote and explain Credit Card / Personal Loan products to prospective customers.

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful business.

* Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC and bank guidelines.

* Coordinate with internal teams for application processing, approvals, card issuance, and loan disbursement.

* Maintain regular follow-ups on submitted applications and ensure timely closure.

* Explore new business opportunities and lead-generation channels.





* Maintain daily sales reports and update the sales pipeline.

* Ensure a good customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Profile

* Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Credit Card / Personal Loan / Retail Banking / NBFC sales.

* Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

* Experience in field sales or direct sales will be preferred.

* Ability to generate leads and acquire recent customers.

* Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

* Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

* Willingness to work in field sales and meet customers.
