Job Objective

Across assigned locations Own the end-to-end activation and sustained performance of Pay 0 across assigned hospitals and diagnostic centres. Align hospital teams, train receptionists, support live operations, achieve solid booking numbers, stabilise performance, hand over execution and monitor performance after handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hospital patient flow, receptionist-led registration/billing processes and Pay 0 opportunities.

• Align hospital leadership, supervisors and receptionists on the Pay 0 process and expected outcomes.

• Train receptionists on Pay 0 pitching, eligibility checks and booking procedures.

• Work alongside hospital staff during live operations and support real-time execution.

• Drive strong Pay 0 booking numbers during the on-the-job phase.

• Identify and resolve operational, behavioural and technical challenges.

• Monitor booking, conversion and process-adherence metrics and take corrective action.

• Train receptionists to identify patients who may benefit from additional healthcare services such as lab investigations.





• Stabilise performance before transitioning execution to the hospital team.

• Build hospital-level ownership and accountability for continued performance.

• Monitor performance after handover and provide coaching or retraining when required.

• Collect patient feedback, track queries and support timely resolution.

• Share learnings, challenges and solutions with the wider Hospital Success Team.

• Manage multiple hospitals across different locations and travel as required
