Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Global Ledger Management : Maintain and oversee general ledgers for multiple international entities using Xero , ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Multi-Currency & FX Management : Handle multi-currency transactions, monitor exchange rate fluctuations, and process foreign exchange (FX) gains/losses within Xero.
- International Tax Compliance : Assist with global tax filings, including VAT, GST, sales tax, and corporate tax compliance across different jurisdictions.
- Bank Reconciliation : Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of international bank accounts, credit cards, and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) integrated with Xero.
- Intercompany Transactions : Manage intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing entries, and cross-border expense allocations.
- Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow)
