Job Title : Accountant / Bookkeeper

Location : Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Shift Timing : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST/ 1:30 PM to 10:30PM

Working Days : 5.5 days per week

About the Role : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team. Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger records.
- Perform bank reconciliations , debtor reconciliations , and vendor reconciliations with precision.
- Manage month-end closing activities , including accruals, prepayments, and deferred income .
- Handle Accounts Payable - process and verify invoices, match expenses with agreements, track supplier refunds, and follow up on pending invoices.
- Manage Accounts Receivable - record customer payments, maintain receipts and refund records.
- Review and validate all accounting entries and reports before submission or finalization.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement within accounting workflows.
- Gain hands-on experience in VAT and international accounting standards.





Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum 4 + years of professional accounting experience .
- Working knowledge of Xero accounting software (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
