Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom lectures, tutorials, and laboratory practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, practical assessments, and continuous evaluation methods.
- Mentor and guide students regarding academics, projects, internships, and career development.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and laboratory documentation.
- Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and academic quality initiatives.
- Organize seminars, workshops, industrial visits, and co-curricular activities for students.
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) regulations and institutional policies.
- Support admissions, student counseling, and other academic responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility CriteriaAssistant Professor

- M.Pharm in a relevant specialization from a recognized university. :





- Freshers with excellent academic credentials are encouraged to apply.

- Prior teaching experience will be an added advantage.

Associate Professor

- M.Pharm with a Ph.D. in Pharmacy (enrolled also accepted). :

- Relevant teaching experience as per PCI norms.

- Demonstrated academic excellence and effective student mentoring skills.

- Experience in departmental administration and academic coordination is desirable.
