- Assist in setting up and operating rotogravure printing machines :
- Support in mounting cylinders, ink preparation, and viscosity control :
- Monitor print quality, color matching, and registration during production
- Help reduce material wastage and downtime :
- Assist in routine machine cleaning and maintenance :
- Follow production schedules and meet output targets
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and housekeeping standards :
- Report machine issues, defects, or abnormalities to the senior operator
- Maintain basic production and shift records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Printing Technology or relevant trade preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in rotogravure printing (flexible for trainees with exposure)
- Basic understanding of printing inks, substrates (BOPP, PET, LDPE, etc.) , and cylinders
- Willingness to work in shift operations
