Job Title : Purchase and Store Assistant (HVAC)

Location: Warje

The Purchase and Store Assistant will handle purchasing activities and manage store operations related to HVAC materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in purchasing HVAC materials, spare parts, and consumables
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, and deliveries
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and delivery challans
- Receive, inspect, and store HVAC materials properly
- Maintain stock records (inward, outward, and balance)
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions
- Coordinate with site engineers, store, and accounts team
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of store

Experience & Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience in purchase/store activities (HVAC preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC materials
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Petrol allowance will be provided by the company
- Good coordination and communication skills
